Key Responsibilities
- Design Electrical, Fire Alarm, and Low Voltage systems (including Communications, AV, and Security)
- Manage all phases of design from schematics through construction administration
- Prepare complete construction documents and project specifications
- Meet with clients to develop project scope and requirements
- Ensure compliance with NYC filing requirements and procedures
- Review submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of Electrical Engineering experience within MEP or A/E firms
- Proven experience designing Electrical systems
- Experience with communications, AV, and security systems design
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, building codes, and energy codes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP
- PE license or LEED certification a plus but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work in-office 5 days/week and eligible to work in USA
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
