Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, refinement, and enforcement of firmwide electrical design standards, specifications, and QA/QC protocols
- Drive innovation in electrical system strategies, load analysis, lighting control design, and distribution architecture
- Mentor senior designers and engineers, building the next generation of technical and operational leaders
- Provide technical oversight on the firm's most intricate projects, including early-phase strategy and fee scoping
- Represent the firm in industry forums, client strategy sessions, and project pursuits
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical system design, including large-scale, high-performance, interdisciplinary projects
- Mastery of electrical engineering fundamentals, distribution design, power system analysis, and lighting controls
- Expert-level fluency in electrical codes, energy standards, and constructability practices
- Proven experience leading QA/QC initiatives and firmwide process refinement
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering; PE license highly preferred
