Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and security
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful delivery
- Produce and review high-quality design documents, drawings, and specifications
- Mentor junior staff and assist with business development efforts
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in commercial, institutional, mission-critical, or data center sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices
- Proven leadership and team mentorship skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
