Key Responsibilities
- Perform system selection and engineering calculations for project designs.
- Conduct field work to document existing building conditions.
- Collaborate with junior engineers to develop drawings using Revit or AutoCAD.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete project designs.
- Prepare design documents, specifications, and reports for building and renovation projects.
- Provide construction phase services, including submittal reviews and site visits.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience working in an A/E consulting firm preferred.
- Well-rounded experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Experience with Revit or AutoCAD preferred.
- Field experience preferred.
- New York State Professional Engineer’s license is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work well in a team.
