Team members in this role gain direct exposure to the full project lifecycle and to client, vendor, and consultant relationships, while developing the technical and communication skills the firm looks for in future Lead Designers. The firm is recognized for combining technical performance, constructability, and structured career development across its project teams in the NYC market.
