Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction
- Coordinate with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage project design, documentation, and system coordination
- Represent the firm in client meetings and project discussions
- Support business development efforts and proposal preparation
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers
- Incorporate sustainable design practices into project execution
Key Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical system design
- P.E. or E.I.T. required; LEED accreditation a plus
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Experience designing and coordinating complex mechanical systems
- Knowledge of plumbing and fire protection systems preferred
- Proven success in project management and client interaction
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
