Agile’s Client, a leading international MEP and technology systems consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their New York City office. This role provides the opportunity to lead large-scale, fast-paced projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, government, education, and recreational markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction
  • Coordinate with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage project design, documentation, and system coordination
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and project discussions
  • Support business development efforts and proposal preparation
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices into project execution

Key Qualifications

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2–5 years of experience in mechanical system design
  • P.E. or E.I.T. required; LEED accreditation a plus
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
  • Experience designing and coordinating complex mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of plumbing and fire protection systems preferred
  • Proven success in project management and client interaction
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
