Key Responsibilities
- Support Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineers in developing schematic and construction drawings, code analysis, and cost estimates
- Serve as Mechanical Project Engineer on small projects, coordinating work across all disciplines
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Conduct site visits and field inspections of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Assign and coordinate tasks with technicians and administrative staff as needed
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), EIT passed
- 2+ years of direct HVAC design experience
- Proactive, solutions-based approach to problem solving
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced, multi-deadline team environment
- PE license not required but a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
