Staff Engineer – Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineers in developing schematic and construction drawings, code analysis, and cost estimates
• Serve as Mechanical Project Engineer on small projects, coordinating work across all disciplines
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Conduct site visits and field inspections of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Assign and coordinate tasks with technicians and administrative staff as needed

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), EIT passed
• 2+ years of direct HVAC design experience
• Proactive, solutions-based approach to problem solving
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced, multi-deadline team environment
• PE license not required but a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
