AGILE’s Client is seeking a skilled Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer with 8–12 years of MEP consulting experience to take a leading role in the design and execution of innovative HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC system design for high-performance building projects
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and layout in AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate closely with project teams, architects, and other engineering disciplines
- Support the preparation of contract documents and construction specifications
- Coordinate construction administration and respond to RFIs and submittals
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvement
Key Qualifications
- 8–12 years of mechanical engineering experience in MEP consulting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- PE license preferred
- Proficiency in HVAC design software and strong knowledge of NYC building codes
- Effective communication and leadership skills
