Key Responsibilities
- Represent the firm in client, contractor, architect, and project team interactions.
- Design mechanical systems for large commercial, mixed-use, mission critical, life science, and R&D facilities.
- Prepare reports, specifications, and detailed mechanical drawings.
- Provide high-level technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Develop sustainable design solutions and establish project design standards and criteria.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring constructability and cost efficiency.
- Prepare proposals, manage contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Participate in QA/QC of completed work and review staff deliverables.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- PE license required.
- Minimum of 8 years consulting experience; 3+ years in supervisory or project manager role.
- Strong experience coordinating mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, and telecom trades.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- LEED AP accreditation highly preferred.
- Experience with Aviation/Transportation projects and large-scale consulting projects a plus.
