Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to company technical policies and procedures across projects.
  • Develop design approaches and technical concepts, requesting senior guidance as needed.
  • Execute mechanical engineering for systems of low-to-moderate complexity.
  • Delegate work to and collaborate with subordinate staff, reviewing for accuracy.
  • Assist with proposal and client presentation development.
  • Coordinate project designs with other disciplines and attend project meetings.
  • Perform engineering studies, design analyses, cost estimates, and scheduling support.
  • Review shop drawings, manage record changes, and communicate with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
  • Conduct on-site inspections during construction and coordinate requirements with contractors and equipment suppliers.
  • Use engineering design software to produce documentation and drawings.
  • Participate in professional organizations to enhance firm reputation.

Key Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent education + experience).
  • PE license strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare project experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain high-quality deliverables.
