Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to company technical policies and procedures across projects.
- Develop design approaches and technical concepts, requesting senior guidance as needed.
- Execute mechanical engineering for systems of low-to-moderate complexity.
- Delegate work to and collaborate with subordinate staff, reviewing for accuracy.
- Assist with proposal and client presentation development.
- Coordinate project designs with other disciplines and attend project meetings.
- Perform engineering studies, design analyses, cost estimates, and scheduling support.
- Review shop drawings, manage record changes, and communicate with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct on-site inspections during construction and coordinate requirements with contractors and equipment suppliers.
- Use engineering design software to produce documentation and drawings.
- Participate in professional organizations to enhance firm reputation.
Key Qualifications
- 5–10 years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent education + experience).
- PE license strongly preferred.
- Healthcare project experience preferred but not required.
- Strong technical, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain high-quality deliverables.
