Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC design projects from concept through construction administration
- Lead client communications, budget oversight, and internal team coordination
- Ensure compliance with NYC codes, sustainability standards, and QA/QC protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff development
- Drive project schedules and maintain high-quality deliverables
Key Qualifications
- 10–15 years of HVAC engineering and project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC design software, and NYC code compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
