Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across corporate and high-performance building sectors
- Perform calculations for lighting systems and associated controls
- Prepare load analyses for various design stages
- Develop construction drawings detailing system designs
- Prepare Basis of Design reports and document energy compliance calculations/forms
- Select electrical equipment and fixtures for building projects
- Coordinate work with engineers from other disciplines and architects
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Active New York Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- United States citizenship required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate electrical engineering environment
- Proficient in Revit and 3D CADD
- Strong initiative, creative problem-solving, eagerness to learn, and collaborative mindset
- Preferred Experience:
- Data centers, UPS systems, power distribution, and generator systems
