Key Responsibilities
- Support project design and layout using established engineering principles.
- Perform engineering calculations and prepare elementary designs from schematic sketches.
- Assist in the preparation of contract documents and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Senior Engineers, Project Engineers, and Group Managers to clarify project scope and deliverables.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct all phases of moderate-scope projects.
- Collaborate with CAD Operators and review work to ensure accuracy.
- Gain hands-on project experience designed to build skills for advancement toward Project Engineer.
Key Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- CAD (Revit) experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of plumbing and fire protection system design.
- Ability to work independently while receiving guidance on complex problems.
- Interest in professional growth toward Project Engineer/Designer roles.
