Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as discipline leader on multiple MEP projects, collaborating with the Mechanical Principal to grow the New York studio
  • Build and manage client relationships, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
  • Design innovative and complex electrical systems across commercial, institutional, and high-performance projects
  • Consult with clients and provide guidance to junior design staff
  • Support project management efforts within the MEP team leadership

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
  • 10+ years of experience in a consulting MEP practice
  • Strong client services skills, high energy, and excellent communication
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes and electrical system design
  • PE license required; LEED accreditation and Revit experience a plus
