Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute annual and long-term business plans for the Municipal Group
- Oversee revenue, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting with full P&L accountability
- Lead major municipal infrastructure projects (roads, stormwater, public works) with technical oversight and QA/QC leadership
- Build and strengthen client relationships; represent municipalities at public meetings and forums
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and project managers
- Champion process improvements, technology adoption, and best practices across the group
- Support pursuit strategies and proposals to drive client and market growth
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- PE license highly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive municipal/civil engineering experience with leadership responsibility
- Proven success managing large-scale municipal projects and delivering profitable results
- Strong business acumen, client relationship skills, and ability to lead teams effectively
- Familiarity with project management/financial tools (Ajera, CRM systems)
