Key Responsibilities
- Represent the firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members
- Design large-scale projects, prepare reports, and develop technical specifications
- Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects
- Supervise preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions
- Maintain interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and project consultants
- Monitor correspondence between staff, clients, contractors, and owners
- Supervise construction administrative duties including field reports, responses to RFIs, and processing bulletins and addenda
- Conduct periodic employee evaluations and participate in technical leadership committees
- Assist Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with staff mentoring and technical training
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- 7–10 years of consulting firm experience in the MEP engineering industry
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory/project management experience
- Hands-on design and CAD/Revit experience required
- Professional Engineering License required
- Strong technical leadership and client-facing communication skills
