Electrical Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate, select, and apply engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Work with Principals, Associates, and Senior Engineers to clarify project scope and deliverables.
- Supervise and guide Designers and CAD Operators on active tasks.
- Prepare project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Establish project design concepts, criteria, and scope.
- Perform engineering computations and equipment selection/sizing.
- Coordinate with trades, architects, and clients throughout project phases.
- Review shop drawings and suggest improvements to design standards.
- Ensure accuracy of designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Provide leadership, direction, and quality oversight on assigned projects.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred; E.I.T. working toward licensure considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in responsible charge of project design.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems and project execution.
- Ability to supervise and mentor design teams effectively.
