Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support electrical design for a wide variety of projects, including infrastructure, corporate, and critical facilities
- Develop construction documents and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
- Conduct site surveys and manage construction administration efforts
- Present design solutions in client meetings and coordinate across disciplines
- Design power distribution systems, emergency/standby generator systems, and lighting layouts
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across MEP/FP, IT/AV & Security, and Sustainable Design services
- Ensure high-quality technical output aligned with project requirements and deadlines
Key Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in electrical design
- BS or MS in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
- PE license preferred (or in progress)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical specification editing
- Field experience and familiarity with construction administration
- Experience with client presentations and/or mentoring junior staff a plus
- Project experience in commercial, healthcare, laboratory, and/or data center environments strongly preferred
