BIM Coordinator
AGILE’s Client is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the set-up, ongoing maintenance, and issuance of BIM/VDC projects company-wide for their growing Building Systems team in New York, NY. This role works closely with the design production team, building toward greater proficiency across the full BIM production workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the set-up, ongoing maintenance, and issuance of BIM projects company-wide
- Create initial AutoCAD & Revit project setup and updates, preparing files for the design production team
- Support team members with creation of Revit families, view templates, work sets, shared parameters, and tags
- Update models and run coordination review tools for revisions
- Assist in creating BIM/Revit technical documents, drawing issuances, and DOB approvals
- Support MEP design engineers with AutoCAD and Revit usage questions and troubleshooting
- Help uphold departmental standards and support project scanning, filing, and archiving
Key Qualifications
- 1–6 years of professional experience and/or a 4-year degree (or associate degree) in engineering, architecture, or a similar field
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to learning new technology and software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
