Key Responsibilities

  • Create trade-specific schematics and layouts under the direction of a Lead Designer or Engineer
  • Perform plumbing and fire protection system surveys, calculations, equipment selections, and layouts
  • Support all phases of assigned projects, coordinating with peers, supervisors, vendors, consultants, and clients
  • Assist with construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings and preparing field observation reports
  • Take on Job Captain responsibilities as needed, coordinating project documentation and issuance across the team

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on a professional engineering project team, under the direct or indirect supervision of a licensed PE
  • 4-year Engineering degree
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT
  • Strong attention to detail
