Key Responsibilities
- Lead site/civil design — grading, utility design, roadway design, storm water management, and erosion and sediment control
- Prepare associated calculations, reports, and spreadsheets
- Collaborate on design teams to develop detailed design documents for construction plans
- Conduct code research, write specifications, and support permitting
Key Qualifications
- BS degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in land development and capital improvement project design and construction
- EIT required; PE preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
