Civil Engineer/Project Manager
AGILE’s Client is a multidisciplinary design firm with thousands of professionals across the country. Lead site/civil design and manage client relationships in Raleigh. You’ll run grading, roadway, stormwater and erosion control design in Civil 3D, prepare calculations and reports, and lead design teams on commercial, industrial, institutional and public projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead site/civil design — grading, roadway design, storm water management, and erosion and sediment control — using Civil 3D
- Serve as project manager responsible for client relationship management
- Prepare calculations, reports, and spreadsheets
- Collaborate with and manage design teams to develop detailed construction documents
- Conduct code research, write specifications, and support permitting
- Mentor entry-level staff
Key Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering required (Master’s preferred)
- 6-10 years of experience
- North Carolina PE license favored
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, sub-consultants, and agency review staff
