Why Consider?

AGILE’s Client is a well-established, employee-owned engineering and consulting firm recognized for its workplace culture and industry growth. This role offers the chance to lead technical direction for the firm's Bridge Department — shaping standards, mentoring engineers, and directly influencing major transportation infrastructure projects across New Jersey — without the disconnect from project teams that comes with larger organizations. Compensation includes an annual bonus program and a signing bonus for qualified candidates, plus relocation assistance.

A better-aligned opportunity is worth exploring now rather than putting off until next year.
