Land Development Project Manager

You’ll run site planning, grading, stormwater, urban drainage, erosion control, and public and private roadway and utility design for residential, commercial, institutional and recreational clients, and drive business development for the group.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead site planning and land development for residential, commercial, retail, institutional, and recreational projects
- Design grading, storm water management, and urban drainage systems
- Manage soil erosion and sediment control planning
- Design public and private roadways and utilities
- Lead business development efforts and mentor project team members
- Manage project production using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development
- Colorado PE license favored
- Proven business development experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
