Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site planning and land development for residential, commercial, retail, institutional, and recreational projects
  • Design grading, storm water management, and urban drainage systems
  • Manage soil erosion and sediment control planning
  • Design public and private roadways and utilities
  • Lead business development efforts and mentor project team members
  • Manage project production using AutoCAD/Civil 3D

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development
  • Colorado PE license required
  • Proven business development experience
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
