Key Responsibilities
- Lead site planning and land development for residential, commercial, retail, institutional, and recreational projects
- Design grading, storm water management, and urban drainage systems
- Manage soil erosion and sediment control planning
- Design public and private roadways and utilities
- Lead business development efforts and mentor project team members
- Manage project production using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development
- Colorado PE license required
- Proven business development experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
