AGILE’s Client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support mission-critical and high-performance Building Systems projects. The role includes HVAC design, cooling systems, load calculations, equipment selection, coordination, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams on technically demanding facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction support.
- Lead the planning, design, and construction oversight of water distribution, wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment facilities.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, technical specifications, bid documents, and construction deliverables.
- Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, quality control, and overall client satisfaction.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subconsultants, contractors, and public agencies.
- Develop proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), project scopes, fee estimates, and project execution plans.
- Mentor junior engineers while supporting continued growth of the Water Resources practice.
- Assist with business development initiatives and expansion of public and industrial sector client relationships.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering required.
- Active Colorado Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required or the ability to obtain.
- Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering.
- Strong background in planning, design, and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, quality, and client relationships.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and deliver successful projects.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to technical excellence and responsive client service.
