Associate, Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department leadership to shape conceptual design and manage full project lifecycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
• Lead HVAC project teams, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate interdisciplinary tasks
• Manage documentation accuracy and oversee timely delivery of design phases
• Present and explain mechanical solutions clearly in internal and client meetings
• Execute and monitor design changes, approvals, and proposals
• Deliver multiple fit-out/renovation projects and/or large, mission-critical builds from concept to close-out

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8–14 years of mechanical engineering experience in building systems design
• Mastery of HVAC design tools including Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong project leadership, team coordination, and client-facing skills
• Deep knowledge of mechanical codes, trade scopes, and deliverable standards
• Proven track record managing complex multi-phase design and construction projects
