Key Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects from planning and design through construction support.
- Lead the design of site grading, stormwater management, urban drainage systems, utilities, roadway improvements, and site development infrastructure.
- Prepare and oversee engineering plans, technical reports, and construction documents.
- Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and overall project delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, agencies, and subconsultants.
- Mentor and develop junior engineering staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Support business development initiatives by cultivating client relationships and pursuing new project opportunities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining the highest standards of technical quality.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Active Colorado Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- 10+ years of land development and site design experience.
- Proven business development and client relationship management experience.
- Strong background in grading design, stormwater management, drainage systems, utilities, roadway design, and site planning.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Technical expertise in roadway, utility, and drainage design and construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple concurrent projects.
