Structural Engineer
AGILE’s Client — an award-winning, full-service Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design firm with 180+ professionals across its Clarks Summit, PA and New York, NY offices — is seeking a full-time Structural Engineer for its Clarks Summit, PA office. The role covers structural design and documentation of building systems across multiple market sectors, working in a multi-disciplined team with architects, interior designers, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineers across both of the firm’s offices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design building structures utilizing structural steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, and wood construction
- Utilize Bentley Systems, Enercalc, and PCA engineering software to design structural systems
- Produce engineering plans and documentation utilizing AutoCAD and Revit
- Draft foundation plans, framing plans, structural details, and construction sections
- Review shop drawings and construction documentation
- Perform surveys and evaluations of existing buildings
- Coordinate closely with internal multi discipline engineering teams
- Support projects throughout PA, NY, and NJ markets
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 5 to 10 years of Structural Engineering experience
- Strong proficiency utilizing Bentley Systems, Enercalc, and PCA engineering software
- Proficiency utilizing AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience designing buildings up to 5 stories in height utilizing structural steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, and wood systems
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments
- Experience supporting multi discipline project teams
- Professional Engineer registration preferred
