Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Project Manager for large multidisciplinary engineering projects
  • Lead project coordination, technical oversight, and QA/QC activities
  • Supervise and mentor engineering staff across project teams
  • Support project scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and resource planning efforts
  • Conduct peer reviews and oversee technical quality of engineering deliverables
  • Organize and lead internal and external project meetings
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and business development initiatives
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support long-term account growth
  • Support project accounting, invoicing, and financial management activities

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required
  • Professional Engineering licensure required
  • Approximately 15+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience
  • Strong background within power, healthcare, science & technology, and/or commercial engineering projects
  • Experience managing large multidisciplinary engineering projects
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, structural, civil, and architectural coordination requirements
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Building Information Modeling environments
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and infrastructure improvement strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and client management abilities
