Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager for large multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Lead project coordination, technical oversight, and QA/QC activities
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff across project teams
- Support project scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and resource planning efforts
- Conduct peer reviews and oversee technical quality of engineering deliverables
- Organize and lead internal and external project meetings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and business development initiatives
- Maintain strong client relationships and support long-term account growth
- Support project accounting, invoicing, and financial management activities
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required
- Professional Engineering licensure required
- Approximately 15+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience
- Strong background within power, healthcare, science & technology, and/or commercial engineering projects
- Experience managing large multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, structural, civil, and architectural coordination requirements
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Building Information Modeling environments
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and infrastructure improvement strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and client management abilities
