Key Responsibilities
- Design tenant fit-out systems and contribute to base building/infrastructure upgrade projects
- Create riser diagrams, schedules, floor plans, and layout of major distribution systems and mechanical spaces
- Execute HVAC design elements such as branch circuiting, ductwork, and piping layouts
- Review shop drawings, perform site visits, and verify design accuracy during construction
- Contribute to documentation across all project phases (SD, DD, CD, specifications)
- Apply office standards for drawing management, submittal tracking, and RFIs
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical engineering experience
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant HVAC design tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of mechanical codes, standards, and trade-specific responsibilities
