Key Responsibilities
- Design tenant fit-out projects and execute specific tasks on base building and infrastructure upgrades
- Develop riser diagrams, schedules, and equipment room layouts
- Plan and coordinate routing of major mechanical distribution systems, closets, shafts, and risers
- Lead design elements supporting overall mechanical systems (e.g., ductwork, piping distribution)
- Review shop drawings, perform site visits and punch lists independently to ensure design accuracy
- Develop content for all project deliverables (SD, DD, CD, specifications)
- Maintain office procedures for design archiving and construction administration
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and applicable design calculations
- Knowledgeable of trade-specific project scopes, codes, and coordination with other disciplines
