Mechanical Engineer- Intermediate

Key Responsibilities

• Design tenant fit-out projects and execute specific tasks on base building and infrastructure upgrades
• Develop riser diagrams, schedules, and equipment room layouts
• Plan and coordinate routing of major mechanical distribution systems, closets, shafts, and risers
• Lead design elements supporting overall mechanical systems (e.g., ductwork, piping distribution)
• Review shop drawings, perform site visits and punch lists independently to ensure design accuracy
• Develop content for all project deliverables (SD, DD, CD, specifications)
• Maintain office procedures for design archiving and construction administration

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and applicable design calculations
• Knowledgeable of trade-specific project scopes, codes, and coordination with other disciplines
