Key Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts on tenant fit-out projects and serve as a key contributor on base building and infrastructure upgrades
- Develop riser diagrams, equipment room layouts, schedules, and specifications
- Prepare complete contract documents and assemble scope-related drawings for ancillary mechanical systems (e.g., UPS, generators, fuel oil, pumps)
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and conduct site visits and punch lists with limited supervision
- Assist in project scheduling and resource management to ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate across disciplines to balance technical quality with financial project goals
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3–6 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
- Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and all necessary design calculations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledgeable in trade-specific codes, documentation standards, and project phase requirements
