Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design on tenant fit-out projects and infrastructure upgrade tasks
- Develop riser diagrams, system layouts, equipment room plans, and schedule content
- Coordinate distribution systems, shafts, and risers with architectural and engineering teams
- Perform branch circuiting and trade-specific layout planning for system efficiency
- Conduct shop drawing reviews, site visits, and punch list walkthroughs with minimal supervision
- Prepare documentation across SD, DD, and CD phases, including specs and admin forms
- Maintain internal design procedures, logs, and project records
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and engineering design tools
- Solid understanding of trade-related codes, energy standards, and cross-trade coordination
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Team-first attitude with a desire to mentor and collaborate
