Key Responsibilities

  • Lead conceptual design efforts, including system criteria, equipment room sizing & building stack development
  • Guide project teams through construction documentation & project delivery
  • Manage review of shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and conduct site visits/punch lists
  • Establish and manage project schedules to ensure efficiency & timely completion
  • Prepare proposals and additional services; coordinate reviews and approvals with Partners
  • Mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and support professional development goals

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 10–14 years of electrical engineering experience
  • Proficient in design calculations & tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong project management & leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of trade-specific scopes, codes, and cross-discipline coordination
  • Knowledge of documentation requirements across SD, DD, CD, and specifications
