Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design efforts, including system criteria, equipment room sizing & building stack development
- Guide project teams through construction documentation & project delivery
- Manage review of shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and conduct site visits/punch lists
- Establish and manage project schedules to ensure efficiency & timely completion
- Prepare proposals and additional services; coordinate reviews and approvals with Partners
- Mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and support professional development goals
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10–14 years of electrical engineering experience
- Proficient in design calculations & tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong project management & leadership skills
- Deep understanding of trade-specific scopes, codes, and cross-discipline coordination
- Knowledge of documentation requirements across SD, DD, CD, and specifications
