Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design efforts for tenant fit-out projects and contribute to base building/infrastructure system upgrades
  • Create riser diagrams, equipment layouts, floor plans, and specification content
  • Coordinate ancillary systems such as UPS, generators, and secondary systems
  • Assemble and manage contract documents, equipment room layouts, and trade scope content
  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders with minimal supervision
  • Perform site visits and develop punch lists to verify accurate design execution
  • Contribute to schedule creation and team resource planning for on-time project delivery

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems design and coordination
  • Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and discipline-specific design tools
  • Understanding of documentation phases (SD, DD, CD) and engineering specifications
  • Familiarity with building codes and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead small project teams
