This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and technically proficient electrical engineer ready to take on meaningful responsibilities across tenant fit-outs, infrastructure upgrades, and complex system design.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for tenant fit-out projects and contribute to base building/infrastructure system upgrades
- Create riser diagrams, equipment layouts, floor plans, and specification content
- Coordinate ancillary systems such as UPS, generators, and secondary systems
- Assemble and manage contract documents, equipment room layouts, and trade scope content
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders with minimal supervision
- Perform site visits and develop punch lists to verify accurate design execution
- Contribute to schedule creation and team resource planning for on-time project delivery
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems design and coordination
- Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and discipline-specific design tools
- Understanding of documentation phases (SD, DD, CD) and engineering specifications
- Familiarity with building codes and multidisciplinary coordination
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead small project teams
