Key Responsibilities
- Independently design and coordinate complex HVAC systems, including ductwork, hydronic, and ventilation systems
- Author complete mechanical specifications and sequences of operation for diverse system types
- Lead field surveys, coordination meetings, QA/QC reviews, and construction administration
- Mentor junior and senior staff toward technical and professional growth
Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design for the built environment, with a track record leading HVAC systems on large, interdisciplinary projects
- Mastery of load calculation tools, psychrometric analysis, and advanced equipment selection for performance and IAQ
- Deep fluency in mechanical codes and cross-discipline coordination practices
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; PE license preferred but not required
