The role supports the firm’s water practice with planning, design, and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure, conveyance, and treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support regional public and industrial sector water business growth alongside business unit leadership
- Direct and manage engineers and technicians on water/wastewater projects
- Prepare bid documents, reports, calculations, and project deliverables, and review the design of others
- Serve as project manager responsible for project delivery, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
- Act in a lead technical role leveraging water/wastewater planning, design, and construction expertise
- Develop statements of qualifications, proposals, and contracts, and lead project execution planning
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required (Master’s preferred)
- Colorado PE license required, or ability to obtain
- 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater project evaluation, design, and construction oversight
- Proven track record of responsive, quality project delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
