Electrical Engineer – Mission Critical
AGILE’s Client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support mission-critical and high-performance Building Systems projects. The role includes electrical power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, coordination, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams on technically demanding facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare construction documents, design drawings, base files, and plan exhibits for land development and civil engineering projects.
- Develop Civil 3D models including grading plans, pipe networks, alignments, profiles, cross sections, and surface modeling.
- Produce conceptual, preliminary, and final design drawings for residential, multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, architects, landscape architects, traffic engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Review engineering drawings to ensure compliance with municipal standards and project requirements.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining CAD standards across the Civil/Land Development team.
- Mentor junior designers by providing technical guidance, quality reviews, and daily project support.
- Assist with project scheduling and assignment of design tasks while ensuring timely, accurate project delivery.
Key Qualifications
- Associate degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of Civil CAD design experience with an emphasis on land development.
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, including surfaces, alignments, profiles, grading, and utility design.
- Strong understanding of drainage systems, earthwork, roadway design, utilities, and site development.
- Experience producing construction drawings suitable for agency review and approval.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities and quality control mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
