Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design efforts including system criteria, building stack layout, and space planning
- Oversee project teams from design through construction documentation and final delivery
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders; conduct field visits and manage punch lists
- Prepare and manage proposals, project budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with partners, internal disciplines, and external consultants
- Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and development guidance for junior engineers
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10–14 years of relevant electrical engineering experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and applicable electrical design tools
- In-depth knowledge of applicable codes, coordination standards, and construction practices
- Demonstrated project management and team leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information to clients
