AGILE’s client—a leading technology-forward engineering firm with a 50+ year legacy—is seeking an experienced BMS Associate to lead projects and teams within its dynamic New York office. This is a high-impact role for a motivated engineering leader with strong technical and client-facing skills in Building Management Systems. You’ll help shape complex projects from concept through completion, while supporting the mentorship of junior staff and contributing to firm-wide growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BMS design strategy in collaboration with department leadership
- Manage project documents, design changes, and client deliverables from SD through CD
- Guide review of RFIs, shop drawings, contract changes, and punch lists
- Participate in client meetings and clearly communicate complex design concepts
- Conduct site visits to ensure accurate field implementation of system designs
- Oversee and mentor project team members across engineering disciplines
- Support marketing, proposal efforts, and business development strategy
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required
- 8–14 years of engineering experience, ideally in building systems or controls
- Proven track record of managing complex BMS design projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software
- Deep understanding of deliverables for all project phases (SD, DD, CD)
