Electrical Designer
AGILE’s Client is seeking an Electrical Designer to support Building Systems design across a diverse portfolio of projects. This opportunity provides hands-on involvement in power distribution, lighting, life safety, and coordinated MEP documentation while working with experienced engineering professionals and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage transportation engineering projects from planning through final design and construction support.
- Lead roadway, intersection, interchange, drainage, stormwater, and utility infrastructure projects.
- Develop strategic growth initiatives to expand transportation services throughout Colorado.
- Build and strengthen relationships with public agencies and transportation clients.
- Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversee project delivery.
- Mentor engineering staff while assisting in recruiting and building a high-performing transportation team.
- Collaborate with leadership on business development, proposals, and market expansion efforts.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Active Colorado Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- 10+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience.
- Strong background in roadway design, intersections, interchanges, drainage systems, stormwater management, and utility coordination.
- Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation InRoads.
- Working knowledge of CDOT Design Manuals, Specifications, and transportation standards.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Client-focused, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Preferred Experience:
- Extensive experience working with CDOT and local public agencies.
- ProjectWise, PMWeb, and eConstruction Tools.
- Transportation practice development.
- Team building and staff leadership.
- Multidisciplinary infrastructure project delivery.
