AGILE’s Client is seeking an Electrical Designer to support Building Systems design across a diverse portfolio of projects. This opportunity provides hands-on involvement in power distribution, lighting, life safety, and coordinated MEP documentation while working with experienced engineering professionals and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transportation engineering projects from planning through final design and construction support.
  • Lead roadway, intersection, interchange, drainage, stormwater, and utility infrastructure projects.
  • Develop strategic growth initiatives to expand transportation services throughout Colorado.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with public agencies and transportation clients.
  • Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversee project delivery.
  • Mentor engineering staff while assisting in recruiting and building a high-performing transportation team.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business development, proposals, and market expansion efforts.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Active Colorado Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • 10+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience.
  • Strong background in roadway design, intersections, interchanges, drainage systems, stormwater management, and utility coordination.
  • Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation InRoads.
  • Working knowledge of CDOT Design Manuals, Specifications, and transportation standards.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
  • Client-focused, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Extensive experience working with CDOT and local public agencies.
  • ProjectWise, PMWeb, and eConstruction Tools.
  • Transportation practice development.
  • Team building and staff leadership.
  • Multidisciplinary infrastructure project delivery.
