Senior Civil Project Manager
AGILE’s Client is a nationally recognized ENR Top 500 Design Firm seeking an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to lead large-scale public infrastructure projects throughout the New York City region, including transportation, roadway, site civil, resiliency, waterfront, utility, and municipal improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple civil engineering projects from planning through construction.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams while coordinating with Structural, Geotechnical, Environmental, Architectural, and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical quality control.
- Develop engineering calculations, reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout project execution.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate with contractors, and perform field visits as needed.
- Support proposal preparation, project pursuits, and business development activities.
- Mentor and oversee junior and mid-level engineering staff.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
- Active New York Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- 10 to 15 years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
- Extensive experience delivering projects for agencies such as NYSDOT, NYCDDC, NYCEDC, NYCDOT, NYCDEP, and NYCDPR.
- Strong understanding of AASHTO, MUTCD, stormwater design, SWPPP, MS4/USWR requirements, and applicable NYC Building Codes.
- Experience preparing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and engineering proposals.
- Working knowledge of permitting processes and agency design standards.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or Civil 3D.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex public infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
- Clean driving record required.
- Preferred Experience:
- Design-Build project delivery.
- Additional Professional Engineer licenses in other states.
- NCEES Record.
- Experience supporting both public and private sector infrastructure projects.
