MEP Engineering BIM / CAD Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate modeling conflicts across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines
• Support and enhance BIM processes, standards, and design technology workflows
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive modeling and documentation tasks
• Implement and manage BIM standards and workflows across projects
• Ensure models meet quality standards and support project objectives
• Serve as a technical resource for Revit and BIM automation tools
• Support project teams from design concept through construction documentation
• Provide guidance and training related to BIM processes and Revit usage
• Stay current with emerging BIM and design technologies

Key Qualifications

• Relevant CAD, Revit, and BIM experience within MEP / Building Systems projects
• Background with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing system coordination preferred
• Experience with BIM standards, workflows, and modeling technologies
• Scripting, automation, or computational design experience is a plus
• Strong technical coordination and quality control abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
