Senior Electrical Engineer
AGILE’s Client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and support the design and delivery of facility-related electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, and emergency backup. Reporting to Project Manager(s) and the Operations Manager, this individual will play a pivotal role in coordinating design efforts, managing project scope, and ensuring technical excellence across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager, Lead Electrical Engineer, and/or Senior Electrical Engineer depending on project size and complexity.
- Lead design development, prepare and review drawings and technical specifications, perform cost estimating and feasibility studies, and contribute to construction phase services.
- Conduct site surveys, engineering studies, and provide advisory information throughout project delivery.
- Attend client and project meetings, monitor project schedules and budgets, and ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards.
- Provide technical oversight, resolve design and production issues, and contribute to multidisciplinary team coordination.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 8–10 years of progressive technical and management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the NEC, NFPA Life Safety Codes, and local building codes.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Visual, GenSize, and SKM Power Tools.
- Demonstrated project management and team leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- U.S. work authorization required; must pass pre-hire drug testing, FBI/State Police background checks, and DHS threat assessments.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.
