Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design: system criteria, equipment rooms, building stack development
- Guide teams through construction documentation & project delivery
- Manage reviews of shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, site visits & punch lists
- Establish/manage project schedules ensuring efficient resource use
- Prepare proposals & coordinate approvals with leadership
- Mentor junior engineers, provide feedback, support professional development
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10–14 years electrical engineering experience
- Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
- Strong project management & leadership skills
- Knowledge of codes, trade scopes & interdisciplinary coordination
- Familiarity with documentation across SD, DD, CD & specifications
