Our client is seeking an experienced Director to lead a multi-disciplined team managing healthcare and life sciences facility projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and managing Acute and Ambulatory Care Health Facilities, as well as Academic and Corporate Research Facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the team, ensuring project execution on time and within budget.
  • Oversee technical quality and project coordination.
  • Develop proposals, contracts, and cost estimates.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring clear communication.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Support department growth, marketing, and staff development.

Key Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of multi-discipline engineering (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical/IT).
  • Strong project management experience and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and load analysis programs (eQUEST, Trane Trace, etc.).
  • PE certification and Bachelor’s in Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare and critical care facility design and management.
