This is a senior leadership opportunity to direct a multi-disciplined team across Acute and Ambulatory Care Health Facilities and Academic and Corporate Research Facilities — shaping department strategy, mentoring engineering leaders, and driving the firm’s continued growth in one of its most technically demanding practice areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the team, ensuring project execution on time and within budget.
- Oversee technical quality and project coordination.
- Develop proposals, contracts, and cost estimates.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring clear communication.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Support department growth, marketing, and staff development.
Key Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of multi-discipline engineering (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical/IT).
- Strong project management experience and financial acumen.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and load analysis programs (eQUEST, Trane Trace, etc.).
- PE certification and Bachelor’s in Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare and critical care facility design and management.
