AGILE’s Client is seeking a talented Sr. Special Systems Designer to join their Philadelphia, PA office or work remotely. This role is responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy of all special systems design products produced through the Design Studio and leading project teams as needed.Primary

Key Qualifications
- Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience, including aviation industry design/engineering experience
- Thorough knowledge of design-to-completion engineering processes, company standards, and QA/QC
- Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and design software
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to foster productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors
