AGILE’s Client is seeking a Senior Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join one of the nation’s Top 500 MEP Consulting Firms. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing the commissioning of complex electrical systems across major projects including hospitals, university campuses, mission-critical facilities, and data centers throughout the NYC region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commissioning process for electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and code compliance
- Conduct system evaluations, functional performance testing, and diagnostics
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and owners throughout all project phases
- Develop commissioning plans, reports, and documentation aligned with industry standards
- Train and mentor junior commissioning staff
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver consistent project excellence
Key Qualifications
- 15–20 years of hands-on electrical commissioning experience
- Proven expertise in healthcare, higher education, mission-critical, and data center projects
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- PE license preferred; CBCP, CxA, or equivalent certifications a strong plus
- Deep understanding of power distribution, emergency power, and electrical system controls
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities
