Senior Associate Electrical Engineer
AGILE’s Client- a top-tier engineering firm with offices in New York, Boston, and Philadelphia, is seeking a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer with 7+ years of experience to lead high-performance projects across multiple market sectors, including mission critical, commercial, institutional, and tenant fit-outs. This role focuses on sustainable building design and offers the opportunity to manage a team of solution-driven engineers while delivering impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for tenant fit-out projects and base-building electrical upgrades
- Develop riser diagrams, electrical schedules, and detailed specifications for complex systems
- Oversee the design of critical electrical systems such as UPS, generators, and water reclamation integration
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure quality control throughout project lifecycle
- Review drawings, coordinate with contractors, and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Mentor junior engineers and support collaborative project team environments
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of electrical engineering experience in commercial, mission critical, and institutional sectors
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong knowledge of sustainable building systems and energy-efficient design
- Experience with power distribution, emergency power systems, lighting, and life safety systems
- Proven leadership and project management skills
